The Program Support Assistant (OA) will act as a liaison between the Chief of Medical Service, Medical Service management staff, Group Practice Manager (GPM) and Business Office Management as it relates to clinical access and clinic utilization. This position will monitor trends in scheduling and will assist with clinic access, capacity, preparation of reports and correspondence for deep dives into SAIL data and access data. Major Duties: Coordinating with the GPM to tailor program management strategies and techniques to fit the operations, culture and interests of Medical Service management and staff.
