This position is in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department of Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC). The position provides nutrition screening and meal service support for hospitalized patients, assists with medical nutrition therapy, and provides basic education on non-therapeutic diets to patients and staff. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Screens hospitalized patients for nutrition risk, documents findings in the medical record, transcribes diet orders and preferences, and modifies menus to meet therapeutic requirements and patient needs.
