Store Associates work either independently or as part of a team in any assigned retail area of a commissary store within the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) system, performing a variety of duties including handling, preparing, and stocking grocery and produce items, and checking-out customer purchases. Addition to regular salary (base + locality), positions in Guam are eligible for nonforeign area Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), which is exempt from federal income tax, and post differential.
