This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent will be responsible for directing and managing security for directed exercises, wargames, special projects, and events, specific to Special Access Programs (SAP), Compartmented Access Programs (CAP), and Collateral/Sensitive Compartmented Information, related to Joint Staff (J7) functions. As a SECURITY STRATEGY ANALYST at the GS-0301-13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Implements supporting procedures and practices to cover J-7 and shared OSD/Joint Staff, Service, combatant commands, defense agencies, partner and ally security objectives and advises and supports internal and external groups to identify and resolve significant security issues.
