About the Position: This position will supervise the Railroad Maintenance area for Public Works Directorate with responsibility over work operations, planning, materials, equipment and employees needed. Serve as a supervisor over the Railroad Trackage Section to approximately 25 subordinate workers. Perform full supervisory responsibility overseeing and directing work operations. Determine the equipment and supplies needed for each work site. Develop performance requirements and make formal and informal performance appraisals.
