You will serve as an ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Global Deterrence & Defense Department (GX), Missile Systems Hardware and Test Division (GXW), Missile Test Branch (GXWZ) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. You will serve as the Program Director for the Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonic Accelerator (MACH-XL) program. You will lead the rapid development and demonstration of affordable near-hypersonic and hypersonic All-Up-Rounds (AUR), launcher prototypes, and associated high-speed technologies of this program.
