About the Position: Serves as an ERDC-level Program Officer for research in the Programs Office. Establishes and implements a corporate approach to technical program formulation, analysis, review, and documentation for ERDC’s Civil Works direct portfolio. Assists ERDC’s Technical Directors in ensuring that through planning and programming Civil Works programs are aligned to USACE and Army objectives.
