The purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Human Resources Technician (OA) responsible for directing and guiding 3-5 Human Resources Technicians in GS-203-05 or military equivalent. Incumbent of this position provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership to the Processing Element of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). This position will be filled on a permanent basis. Coach, facilitate, resolve work problems and participate in the work of the MEPS Processing Element.
