The position performs accounts receivable support functions through the follow-up process of all outstanding patient accounts within the Business Office. This position is located in the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Administrative Services, Business Office, Patient Accounts, Chinle, Arizona. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Reviewing invoices, vouchers, travel claims, and other payment documents. Verifying supporting documentation, calculations, and funding availability. Ensuring payments comply with federal regulations and agency policies. Resolving discrepancies and coordinating with vendors, employees, and program offices. Conducting quality-control reviews and identifying potential errors or improper payments
