You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Architect-Engineer Branch (CON31 or CON32) of the CONTRACTING DIVISION of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC. You will review contract proposals, acquisition, source selection plans, or documents prior to contract pre-award and post-award for regulatory compliance. You will direct a full range of procurement pre-award and post-awards functions to include drafting and issuing solicitations, negotiations, source selection, contract award, contract modifications and contract closeout.
