About the Position: Serves as the Resident Engineer, designated as Administrative Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative, with responsibility for monitoring and controlling the full range of construction activities on a USACE Mega Project. Types of construction include the full range of Civil Works, Military, Sustainment, Rehabilitation, Maintenance, and work for others.
