The incumbent is a member of the Medical Disability Examination Office (MDEO) on the Acquisitions and Budget Staff. The mission of MDEO is to ensure Veterans receive timely and high-quality disability examinations worldwide. The incumbent plans, coordinates, and conducts internal audits and management control of reviews of MDEO contract, budget, and program operations to evaluation compliance with laws and regulations. Specific duties include: Assign tasks and associated deadlines, monitor progress, and maintain effective tracking system to ensure program efficiencies.
