You will serve as a TEST MECHANIC, AIRCRAFT LAUNCHING AND ARRESTING DEVICES in the FLEET READINESS CENTER MID-ATLANTIC FRMCA VRT DEPT MYPT PROD BR of FLTREADCEN DET MID ATLANTIC PAX RIVER. You will perform hydrostatic and operational cycle tests of experimental, new or modified components for ALRE systems. You will prepare sketches and serve on engineering integrated product teams engaged in the design, prototyping and manufacture of new or replacement parts. You will provide labor hours and material requirement estimates for ALRE manufacture, repair, maintenance, overhaul and installation.
