You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (SECURITY SPECIALIST) in the SECURITY DIVISION of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. You will provide assistance, guidance, and oversight of physical (PHYSEC), or operational security (OPSEC), foreign visitors, technology protection, Continuity of Operations, Emergency Management, and anti-terrorism and force protection. You will analyze security needs, develop plans, and direct the implementation of security measures, such as OPSEC test procedures and security systems.
