You will serve as the Director, Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) for Commander Navy Reserve Force (COMNAVRESFOR), a Department of Navy (DoN) Echelon II major command reporting to the Chief of Naval Operations, COMNAVRESFOR. You will support Navy Reserve readiness through policy development, oversight, manpower/personnel management, force structure, and financial management programs that directly impact 58,000 military personnel assigned to the Reserve Component (RC) of the United States Navy.
