This position is with the Facilities Management Division with the Indian Health Services. The primary duties of this position are to perform installation, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance on the plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in the Health Center. Wage is determined by Duty Station. Certain locations are covered by a Locality Pay Table A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems; inspects components (compressors, filters, ducts, etc.), cleans or replaces parts, and reports major issues to HVAC mechanics.
