You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE & TRANSITION DIVISION of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND. You will Manage and process complex officer and enlisted military personnel actions, including retirements, fleet reserve requests, separations, and adverse performance cases, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance.
