You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS) in the US FLEET FORCES COMMAND HR SERVICES BRANCH (1102.6), LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will provide assistance to management on all matters relating to labor and employee relations. You will serve as a point of contact between labor organizations and management. You will provide authoritative technical assistance and solutions to problems/issues. You will coordinate and/or prepare responses to external program review findings and recommendations regarding sensitive issues.
