You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC LEADER in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT 900 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will serve as a worker leader charged with exercising leadership over subordinate workers in accomplishing work within shops and/or mixed trades. You will maintain close observations of all work operations to ensure proper adherence to procedures and guideline. You will perform a variety of tasks involved in the servicing and upkeep of vessels and maintenance of radiologically controlled buildings. You will prepare, pack, and transfer radiological material in accordance with Norfolk naval Shipyard Nuclear Program.
