Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials for aircraft propulsion curriculum. Monitors and evaluates student progress and performance. Inputs necessary data into the Field Training Management System (FTMS), Initiates documentation, updates student training records, and schedules resources required for instruction. Maintains professional and technical expertise.
