The Commissary Contractor Monitor conducts quality assurance inspections and contract surveillance duties of specified commissary stocking, order-writing, custodial, receiving, holding and/or other contracted services performed in a commissary. Specific assignments vary by individual store and store management requirements. Conducts quality assurance inspections and contractor surveillance. Provides comments and recommendations for additions, deletions, or changes to contractor services to ensure compliance with DeCA directives.
