The incumbent provides support to the Administrative Officer (AO), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and Nurse Manager for one of the following Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System outpatient clinics. The PSA serves as an expert resource for matters related to the administrative functions of the Outpatient Clinics. The incumbent will input data into tracking systems, preparation of correspondence to internal and external customers, coordinating meetings, composing and distributing minutes. Duties may include but are not limited to: 1.
