About the Position: Incumbent manages the real property program for Fort Leonard Wood and Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA). This position is being recruited for at the GS-09 or GS-11 grade levels. Selection can be made at either grade level. If filled at the GS-09 level, the position offers noncompetitive promotion potential to GS-11 level. Serve as the Real Property Accountability Officer (by Garrison Commander appointment) for Fort Leonard Wood and Lake Ozark Recreation Area Serve as custodian of records of all installation owned real property.
