VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) is seeking a full time Clinical Pharmacist for Non-formulary/Prior Authorization Drug Request reviews. The clinical pharmacist is a licensed professional with knowledge and proficiency in pharmacy practice including pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacotherapeutics. Major Duties: A. Prior Authorization Drug Request (PADR) Reviews: 1.
