About the Position: Serves as Chief of the Environmental Engineering and Technology Section responsible for the management and full range of supervision of staff providing investigation and design of highly complex and large scale Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) projects. Forecast resource requirements and resolves conflicts relating to resource constraints. Assign team members; prioritizes, plan, schedule and execute project specific work; monitor work activity budgets and cost growth. Prepare budgets that assure adequate resources to effectively meet current and future needs of customers.
