You will serve as a PROGRAM OFFICE ASSISTANT (CAP) in the Family Readiness Division of NAVSTA GTMO, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. You will screen intake calls and ensure calls are routed to the duty intake counselor, and other calls to the CAP Supervisor and other immediate staff for immediate assistance. You will schedule appointments for clients and convey appointment information, general information on Counseling, Advocacy and Prevention (CAP) services and information on civilian/community/military resources to clients.
