You will serve as a DEPUTY OPERATIONS DIRECTOR in the OPERATIONS N3 DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time. You will advise managers and senior leaders on program or project financial and manpower resourcing and execution. You will develop short and long term plans for recruitment, retention, workforce development strategies and initiatives.
