You will serve as a RISK MANAGER in the Operations Department, Code 300, Operations Planning Manager, Code 300.1 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will provide assessments of all risks associated with very difficult and complex ship repair, maintenance and major overhaul work performed onboard as assigned ship/submarine repair. You will provide assessment and risk handling strategies from initial planning stage through execution of all maintenance work ending at the delivery of ship/submarine back to operational fleet. You will lead meetings and provide guidance for attendees/members in a timely matter.
