This position is located at the Cheyenne River Health Center Facility. This purpose of the position is to manage, supervise, plan, organize, direct, review, and evaluate the Dietary Program. Directly supervises the Dietary Cook Supervisor in the Dietary Department and Clinical Dietitian. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Serves as the consultant on nutrition care to the Health Center and maintains standards of food production and services, sanitation, and safety. Provides nutritional care for patients in the outpatient setting and collaborates with local hospital to provide discharge counseling.
