This position is located at Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, MT. The purpose of this position is to coordinate all administrative aspects of the medical department. The incumbent reports to the Clinical Director. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel authorizations and vouchers. Coordinates new employee orientation for all medical staff and assist with Human Resource requirements and provider enrollment. Coordinates annual recruitment of providers, residents, and medical students. Assist with the management of Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement projects for medical staff.
