About the Position: Serves as Chief, exercising jurisdiction over the Lock and Dam Systems. The incumbent will be responsible for overall planning, design, scheduling and execution of all operations and maintenance activities associated with District Lock and Dam projects. Supervises office staff, involved with the coordination, management and execution of the Lock and Dam operations and maintenance program. Determines equipment, personnel and monetary resources needed to accomplish the Lock and Dam Operations and Management program.
