You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Procurement Group of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND. May be used to make multiple selections and any selectees may go into any of the following UICs: 00019; 48137; 48138; 00032; 42191; and any org code beginning with V2#####; V21####; V22####; V23####; V24####. You will prepare and conduct all major project contract negotiations, considering all facts and circumstances surrounding the particular procurement.
