The Lead Commissary Support Clerk serves as a working leader over a group of at least three or more employees performing store-level work in accounts and price maintenance and, as assigned, supply work. Incumbent personally performs the work of the positions led. Position responsibilities include: Performs account maintenance, computer operations, supply clerical duties, and other clerical support to the commissary management team. Distributes and balances the workload among employees, assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload. Monitors the status and progress of work and makes day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities. Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques.
