The primary purpose of this position is to operate and maintain an Energy Monitoring and ControlSystem(EMCS); heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) controls, fire and intrusion alarm systems,and otherutility systems which support Lackland AFB, the Medina Annex, and Kelly Annex -Maintains surveillance of the operation of base utility systems through the operation of the EMC Sconsole andperipheral equipment -Takes Incoming emergency and urgent customer service calls after normal duty hours and dispatches appropriate craftsmen to accomplish repairs. -Follows written and oral procedures to keep the base electrical distribution system functioning properly...
