This position is assigned to the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Department; Fleet Readiness (N92); Commander, Navy Region Naval District Washington; NAS Patuxent River, MD. Incumbent serves as a Recreation Aide, providing customer service and support for the Bowling Center Front Desk and Snack Bar. Front desk duties comprise 55% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to: Greets patrons upon arrival and answers telephones. Advises patrons of services, activities and food offerings and answers inquires. Responds to customer complaints, referring unresolved issues to the manager on duty.
