You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Commanding General's Office Military Equal Opportunity Office located at MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT. You will serve as the unit level Military Equal Opportunity {MEO) Program Manager. You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Prohibited Activities and Conduct {PAC) policy providing advice, guidance, and interpretation. You will maintain case management responsibilities throughout the lifecycle of a PAC complaint. You will serve as Defense Equal Opportunity Climate Survey (DEOCS) administrator for supported commands.
