You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (MIL) in the Military Personnel Division of NAVAL ACADEMY. You will maintain databases containing personal or sensitive information to ensure proper protection and accountability. You will analyze and retrieve data from various information sources for use in answering queries, responding to correspondence, or preparing reports. You will provide personnel functions and record maintenance for active duty personnel utilizing military personnel information systems. You will communicate orally and in writing and to interact with others to explain complex actions in regard to entitlements, allowances, or collections. You will have knowledge of various office software programs, electronic mail and Internet research options.
