About the Position: Serves as an Engineering Technician at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) to include subordinate unit, the 834th Transportation Battalion located in Concord CA Programs construction costs for future Military Construction Army (MCA) projects involving six-year planning and programming. Interact with design and contracting agencies to provide state of the art facilities and systems. Ensure that all completed project designs conform to established United States Corp of Engineers guidelines and standards. Authorize total payment for all project designs and programs prepared by government agencies and private contractors. Perform on-site inspections with real estate representatives to determine fair market value.
