The primary purpose of this position is to be the tractor operator subject matter expert performing aircraft moves. This position is responsible for repositioning and moving of various types of aircraft, airframes, and flight safety equipment. Operate tow tractors where maneuverability is restricted. Off loads life support equipment upon arrival of aircraft. Operates powered forklift trucks. Utilizes safety practices and proccedures. Maintains records of all life support equipment.
