The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the squadron authoritative point of contact and liaison with the Civilian Personnel Office and to serve as the principal office assistant performing various administrative and clerical duties in support of the organization. Acts as organizational point of contact and liaison with the Civilian Personnel Office. Advises on civilian position utilization. Acts as Incentive Awards Program Manager for all civilians.
