You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the Engineering and Planning Department (Code 200) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will provide direction on the accomplishment of design and support functions of the Planning Yard for assigned ships as well as the Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) Program You will assess and modify as necessary the organizational construct of the department to ensure department responsibilities are conducted in the most efficient and effective manner. You will establish priorities and assigns work cognizance.
