About the Position: Serves as an Equipment Specialist (Ordnance & Machinery) in an organization that designs, develops, fabricates, tests, supplies, and field supports ordnance, ammunition operations equipment, and Ammunition Peculiar Equipment (APE). This position may be filled at the GS-09 or GS-11 level, depending on experience and/or education. Provides ammunition/explosive expertise, ammunition handling safety expertise, and equipment fabrication or repair procedure input into the development of equipment for ordnance.
