This posiiton is located within Environmental Management Services (EMS) at the Richmond VAMC. The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in supporting and performing task associated with the EMS goals and objectives. Major duties include but are not limited to: Delegated responsibility for assigning staff for routine and non-routine duties on a daily and a project-by-project basis. Non-routine duties require that the incumbent be able to reorganize work schedules efficiently in order that work is accomplished in a timely manner.
