About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W45VAA US ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND. Review all training SIGINT Concepts of Operation (SCONOP) for accuracy and policy compliance prior to submission to NSA for approval. Serve as the Gamma Sub-Compartment Control Officer for the headquarters, MSC and MSUs. Manage the SIGINT Acquisition Programs (Joint Threat Warning System and Silent Dagger) on behalf of the USASOC G-8.
