About the Position: Serves as the Facility Manager for U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS), Fort Bragg, NC. Advise USAJFKSWCS Engineer on multiple facilities in various locations. Provides direct support to ensure facilities are adequate to meet unit training requirements. Reviews and completes inspections to determine barracks conditions or requirements. Responsible for the periodic or scheduled assessments, audits, reviews, and inspections to determine barracks conditions or requirements. Prepare work orders which include drawings of existing areas involved, changes required, and detailed descriptions of the work equipment involved to plan and assign work.
