You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Northwest Regional Maintenance Center (NWRMC) of PSNS and IMF. You will develop goals and objectives that are assigned to subordinates based on priorities and considering the experience required and the capabilities of the assigned employees. You will plan and schedule work in a manner that promotes a smooth flow and even distribution of work within the branch.
