About the Position: Serves as the principle assistant to the Division Chief and Assistant Division Chief on matters pertaining to the Division's position and organization structures, and workforce management activities to support the organization's overall human resource management (HRM) responsibility. Provides supervisor with data and recommendations of a wide variety of actions, issues, problems, and questions that affect the Division's employees and official structure.
