Commissary Contractor Monitors conduct quality assurance inspection and contract surveillance duties of specified commissary stocking, order-writing, custodial, receiving, holding and/or other contracted services performed in a commissary. Provides comments and recommendations for additions, deletions, or changes to contractor services to ensure compliance with DeCA directives.
