This vacancy announcement may be used to fill positions at various locations throughout the United States Marine Corps. You will perform duties of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and serve in a team responsible for the rescue and on scene care of victim(s) of fire, illness accidents or other types of injuries. You will respond to incidents such as structure fires, wildland fires, medical emergencies, vehicle accidents, aircraft crashes and hazardous materials incidents. You will fight fires and conduct fire suppression operations while leading and directing crew in all aspects of firefighting, emergency medical, hazardous materials, search and rescue, fire prevention and communications.
