You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the U.S. Naval Observatory Department of NAVOBSERV. You will perform and oversee advanced financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and strategic financial operations for organizational programs and activities. You will develop and refine highly complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance from the Department of War (DoW) and Department of the Navy (DON) and provides guidance and oversight of these activities.
